We welcome proposals for papers addressing topics in accordance with the vision and mission of INSAP as shown.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts through the submission form. Contributions must be presented in English.

Schedule:

• The online registration and abstract submission will open on 22^nd December 2023
• With an abstract submission deadline of 31 January 2024
• Acceptance of proposals will be notified by 28 February 2024
• Registration and payment by attendees must be made after notification
• The draft programme will be announced on 15 March 2024
• The final Programme will be confirmed on 31 March 2024 – after which no further changes cancellations or refunds can be made

Registration fees:

• 300€ regular
• 200€ postdoc
• 100€  student
• 40€ per dinner guest

Note - Registration fee includes the cost of the coffee breaks and lunches for the conference days, the conference dinner, and transportation to additional sessions/venues.
