Maria Gkina

Maria Gkina has graduated from the Department of History and Archaeology at the University of Ioannina. She subsequently completed her postgraduate studies in Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Archaeology and Art. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Tourism at the Ionian University. She has taken part in international conferences, where she has presented her research, and has also contributed to published academic studies. Furthermore, she participates in research projects focusing on cultural heritage management, as well as in projects dedicated to the study of Post-Byzantine heritage in Greece.
