Konstantinos Asiklaris is a PhD Candidate at the Ionian University, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence to the study and evaluation of olive trees. He holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from A.T.E.I. of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Information Systems from the Hellenic Open University. With a strong background in both hardware and software, he is particularly interested in how these two domains intersect to enable innovative AI solutions. His research combines technology, environmental science, and cultural heritage, aiming to support the sustainable management and protection of monumental olive trees.
