Gala Dinner MenuThe social programme is designed to offer participants a chance to connect in a more informal setting beyond the academic sessions and gives them the opportunity to exchange ideas and enjoy the local atmosphere.
It includes:

The Gala Dinner will be on Saturday at 9 pm at the Sailing Club’s Restaurant https://corfu-sailing-restaurant.com/, but it is optional and requires a separate reservation and fee. Ιf you wish to attend and pay for the Gala dinner, please register at the following address:

Visiting Corfu in early October
Early October is an excellent time to visit Corfu. The weather is usually mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures commonly around 15-25 °C, although occasional rain showers are possible. We recommend bringing light layers, a light waterproof jacket and umbrella, and comfortable walking shoes.
Corfu Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site, with narrow cobbled streets, uneven surfaces, and several pedestrian areas. The city centre is compact and highly walkable, while local buses and taxis are available for journeys beyond it. Please allow extra time for movement around the town, especially during busy periods.
