Application Guidelines
- In order to participate in the conference you have to fill in and send the application form until July 22nd 2013.
- The registration fee is 30€ for delegates and 25€ for everyone else( translators, journalists, staff)
- You are obliged to be present during the conference, as well as the opening and closing ceremony. Participants absent from more than two sessions will not be granted a participation certificate!
The fee includes:
- The material that will be distributed
- The coffee breaks and the lunch breaks mentioned in the official program
Not included:
- Accommodation and travel expenses
- Any social event that may be organised
The participation fee is not refundable.
