Greetings ladies and gentlemen,

My name is Constantinos Aslanides and it will be my honor to preside over the committee of natural sciences. I am a senior student at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This will be my 11th conference, having participated in many other simulations of the procedures of the United Nations and of the Hellenic Parliament, operating from all available posts.

I am really glad because this conference offers me a prime opportunity of combining my two greatest beliefs: that negotiating can bring humans together and that humans are among the most complex, yet marvelous living organisms, ever to set foot on this planet. On both a biological and social level, we can adapt and evolve to all situations and still question everything that surrounds as!

I will be waiting for your ideas and thoughts on all aspects of the matter! Do not fear to think out of the box and into the future! The future is now and the future is us! So carpe diem and get ready, because we have a lot of work to do! Don’t hesitate to contact me for any problem that you may have! And please do not forget to wear your party faces, during and after work!
